Thank you for visiting my website! This is just a simple introduction and I will be delving more into my personal interests and endeavors in following posts.

Originally from a small town in Southwest Missouri near Springfield, I now call Kansas City home. My passion for technology has shaped my career — I currently work in IT support for a local Kansas City company that delivers tech solutions to school districts across the country, with my day-to-day role placing me on-site at a school district in the metro area.

My love of travel was instilled in me at an early age, shaped by a family that never stayed in one place for long. My grandparents were avid travelers who would occasionally bring me along on their adventures, while my father made it a tradition to take me on annual and sometimes biannual trips across the country. The Midwest was naturally familiar territory, but my travels stretched well beyond the region — from the West Coast to the Desert Southwest and into the Colorado Rockies, all places I visited numerous times growing up.

That desire to travel and explore has carried well into my adult life. In recent years, annual trips to Colorado and the Texas Gulf Coast have become cherished traditions — the cool summer air of the Rockies and the mild winter warmth of the Gulf Coast each offering their own distinct appeal. And while constant travel isn't always possible, I make a point to stay adventurous closer to home, whether through visits to nearby local attractions or weekend getaways to surrounding cities.

Growing up, I inherited my father's old film camera when he upgraded to a newer model, and it quickly became one of my most treasured possessions. There was something deeply satisfying about capturing moments from my childhood travels through that lens. Though that old camera is long gone, my enthusiasm for photography has followed me well into adulthood. My introverted nature draws me to quiet, peaceful outdoor settings, and rather than expressing myself through words, I find my favorite form of communication is sharing snapshots of these serene landscapes and scenes across my social pages for others to enjoy.

This space is meant to serve as another outlet for sharing my travel photography, along with more detailed accounts of my journeys, the occasional personal reflection, and in the near future, prints and merchandise inspired by my travels.
